Operations: Staff Training

Learn how to submit test requests and train your staff on using the Request Management System (RMS).

Access the Guest-Facing App

  1. Select the blue "View in App" text next to Item and Category headers in the CMS

    OR

  2. Using your link to the Runtriz Portal, delete all the text starting from "/portal" and thereafter. This will be a direct link to your Park Inn App.

Submit a Test Request

  • Open "Need Something?"

  • Select the "Make a request button"

  • Select "Pre Arrival"

  • Type in a Last Name and Confirmation Number, then select "Register"

  • Type in "Staff test" into the large text field, then select the "Next" button.

  • Submit the "Make a request button"

Proceed to Respond to & Manage Requests below.

Click on Request Management in your application Dashboard

Responding to guests is a 4-step process:

  1. Click on the request on the left hand side of the screen

  2. Set it to In Progress to start working on it

  3. Send a message back to your guest

  4. Complete the request
