Operations: Messaging Templates

Use Messaging Templates to help staff quickly respond to guest requests. The following steps can only be carried out with an Admin user account.

Create a New Messaging Template

  1. Navigate to Staff Management > Teams

  2. Pick one and create standard replies for each type of request your guests may have.

  3. Scroll down the Team page and locate Messaging Templates.

  4. Select "Create".

  5. Fill out the details accordingly.

    Name: For internal use only
    Body Text: Standard text that can be sent as is or edited in the Request Management System (RMS)

  6. Select "Add Template" when done.
