Content: Upgrades

Upgrades gives the guest an opportunity to upgrade his or her room and/or gain business room access for a nightly fee.

Add New Upgrade

Navigate to Content Management System (CMS) > Content.

Select the Application Category, then upgrades.

Inside the upgrades page, select the +Add New button. Select Item from the dropdown menu.

A new Item will populate on the right hand panel.

Edit General Settings

Add an appropriate Title and nightly Price for the room upgrade.

Add a brief description (max. 1 paragraph) about the the upgraded room in the Content field.

Edit Request Profile

Select the Request Profile icon ( ) from the menu and select Check-In.

Add a nightly Price for the room upgrade if not already displayed.

Check off the box for Requests enabled.
