Set up your hotel's In-Room Dining (IRD) services to offer guests the ability to order meals, drinks or room service directly from the app.

Setup In-Room Dining

Select Menu and start adding new Pages for each food type.

You can rename the "Menu" Page and/or new Page under Title.

Within the Pages, start adding Items for each available dish, drink or side.

You can edit the Title, Price and Description under General Settings ( )

Request Profile

1. Go to the Request Profile ( ).

2. Open the Request Profile dropdown menu and select Room Service.

3. Ensure there's a price for the item.

4. Check off the box to enable requests.

Forms

Create Forms with questions for guests to answer before adding an item to their cart.
